Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Cheapr.xyz provides access to AI language model APIs through an OpenAI-compatible proxy endpoint. You receive an API key and a base URL to use with standard OpenAI-compatible client libraries.

2. Token Packs

• You purchase token packs denominated in total tokens (input + output combined).
• Tokens do not expire as long as the service remains operational.
• Token balance is tracked per API key. One email address = one API key.
• Additional purchases on the same email top up your existing balance.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.
• All sales are final. No refunds. Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature.
• If a payment fails or is underpaid, contact us with your order ID.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Generating illegal content (CSAM, threats, weapons instructions, etc.)
• Harassment, fraud, or impersonation
• Automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks against the API
• Reselling or redistributing your API key to third parties
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

We apply automated content filtering. Requests that trigger content filters are blocked and logged. Repeated violations result in immediate key deactivation without refund.

5. Service Availability

• The service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees.
• API throughput depends on upstream provider capacity and may vary.
• We may temporarily limit availability during high-demand periods.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time. In that case, unused token balances are forfeited.

6. Privacy & Logging

• We store your email address for key delivery and order lookup.
• API requests are logged for abuse prevention. Logs contain request metadata (model, token count, timestamp, IP) and a one-way hash of prompt content. We do not store your actual prompts in plaintext.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Liability

• Cheapr.xyz is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any AI model provider.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of AI-generated outputs.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current token pack.

8. Key Security

Your API key is your responsibility. Do not share it publicly. If your key is compromised, contact us for a replacement. We are not liable for unauthorized usage of your key.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be noted on the website.
